Reply From P1w1max on Termination @ Wiggy

Ingat lagi tak entry saya belum ini mengenai pertanyaan "macam mana nak cancel wiggy p1wimax"? Selepas tu saya hantar query kepada p1wimax di dalam websitenya then tak sampai 3 hari bekerja dah dapat response from them. Kalau nak cepat jangan baca tulisan biru.

So maknanya careline people tak boleh nak mengetepikan (waive) segala jenis caj disebabkan pembatalan kontrak sebelum tempoh yang ditetapkan. Mereka suggest saya pi sendiri kat Jalan Templer. Jika tak dapat pi sana saya boleh:

Pergi sendiri kat authorised servcie partner (ASP) ataupun call careline untuk maklumat lanjut. Lepas tu called le ASP diaorang cakap kalau nak terminate kena bayar RM299 bawa sekali wiggy, kalau tak bawa wiggy kenalah tambah RM999. Then diaorang cakap tak ada kuasa nak waive penalty tu. Kalau nak waive kenalah pi kat HQ Jalan Templer.

Then called careline @technical person diaorang memang confirmed kat my area tu ada 3 tower, i.e. base 1, 2 and 3. Ketiga2 base ni berdekatan. Saya punya base 1 dan base 3 tu (termasuk dalam red polygon), maksudnya yang red poligon tu memang highly congested. Macam tu le citernya dan dia suggest pi kat Jalan Templer untuk tujuan pembatalan wiggy.

Oklah, serba sedikit maklumat, nanti saya update.

ha ah kawan dni kena bayar dalam 300 cemtu.. moden dia rosak. dalam masa dia guna satu hari je boleh pakai. pastu tak dapat langsung. pelik je, kan. kasi tukarla modem baru. ni duk suruh kawan dni tunggu2. salahkan laptop kawan dni la.. elok dia pakai broadband digi okay je.. terus dia batalkan kontrak walaupun sakit hati bayar mahal2

memang serik pakai p1 ni.. Natang seketul besar encik p1 ni still ada ngan sy lagi. Menyampah. Dah la bulan2 dikira caj lagi kalau nk terminate pun. Last last aku biarkan je la...huhu...banyaknya hutang :( dekat seribu dah ni :(

cepatnya, saya ada masalah stremyx yang suddenly tambah RM 10 ke dalam bill saya.

Saya telephone 2 hari, setiap kali tunggu 20 minute.

Mereka kata tak dapat buat apa apa kena pergi TM point.

Susahlah, kenapa bagi aku tunggu begitu lama sedangkan hotline 100 tak dapat buat apa apa.

ui! seram je bunyinye ni. tak nak lah guna P1. memang tengah berfikir2 ni, nak tukar jenama, next month nak tukar, dari maxis ke apa ek? Huhu..no idea. tengah usha2 ni mana yang berkenan di hati.
