Masih ingat tak entri yang ditulis 2 hari lepas mengenai I am sick of P1W1max..????? So actually lepas tu dapat sms from Wimax mengenai complaint which I have lodged to them through e-mail.... Tak payah le saya letak e-mail nanti baca emotional pulak tapi dalam e-mail saya mintak waiver of 1 month charge sebab tak dapat buat internet transaction including tak boleh update blog.. Ini sms from diaorang...."
Bagus cepat reply.... Maybe next time kalau ada problem terus lodge complaint kat website atau e-mail.... kalau phone ni maybe lambat nak response.... Lagi satu I do not want to comment on the content of the sms...... Yang penting sekarang ni boleh guna internet.....
Dalam business ni, after sale service sangat penting, not just during the point of securing the customer purchase..... Sorrylah tak nak berleter.... My intention is to inform you guys on customers' right.......... Bukannya niat nak memburuk-burukkan mana-mana pihak... Apa yang penting kerjasama......... You give me service and I pay for it.......
